Felt like someone cared about me as a customer ! Lindsey called us up on our way to the hotel and stated there was a issue with the hot water. We were the given the option to find somewhere else or we could still stay there and potentially would be repaired. We elected to stay in the hot water had been restored. Give her credit for reaching out and it does make a difference. The facility is relatively new and in very good repair. We enjoyed our stay. There was a wonderful lady working in the breakfast area. They're short coming would be the lack of food offering.
The room was perfect for what we needed. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The TV swivels so you can easily watch it from the sofa or from the bed. The bed was super comfortable, not firm but not too soft either. The pillows were a little flat for my preference but not hateful. There was a heated swimming pool also. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Work shut down at MVG and they had enough rooms during a level 2 and 3 snow emergency to let our work book most if not all the rooms, Skylar was the one working and she was wonderful, kind and helpful. The staff are incredibly friendly and even helped us when we got stuck. Would recommend 10 times over.
My stay was absolutely incredible. My job put us up in a hotel due to the weather, and I am so happy they put me at this hotel.The rooms were in immaculate shape, clean, and homey. And Skyler was a breath of fresh air. She was consistently helpful with a smile on her face and made me feel welcome. I will definitely coming back to stay at the Holiday Inn.
If your in this area please stop by and stay with us it’s in a nice location with a few restaurants near by that you can walk to and the breakfast is lovely the woman that cooks the breakfast does a great job. It’s also a great place to get well rested due to the quietness. They also have to go bags for your breakfast needs such taken fruit muffins and everything else.

Great location and relatively quiet. Rehabbed hotel has wear points- scuffed paint, metal edges and some scratches. Beds and linens were fine. AC worked okay but broken/loose tiles found in the bathroom and a weird dip in the floor near the bed. Cracked tiles were noted in elevator and main floor tile work... Staff was attentive but busy. Pool was fine not too warm on our visit, but older unit with a max depth of 5 ft. Elevators were working fine during our stay. Breakfast was typical with crispy bacon and hot omelets. Look for real 1/2 & 1/2 in refrigerator.
Hotel is close to interstate and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and up to date.
